Staff loyalty is spreading at a Nottinghamshire-based metal railings and gates manufacturer.
A ninth employee in recent months has passed the 20-year milestone working with Alpha Rail in Huthwaite.
Colin Moore from the finishing department joins a band of eight employees who over the last two years have been at Alpha Rail for more than two decades – and 240 years in total between them.
He said: “I will always remember walking in to Alpha Rail and being given the opportunity of employment.”
Finance director Mark Sipson added: “Colin continues to show his dedication 20 years later, preparing metalwork that has been manufactured to a high quality standard in order to impress.”
