Reinforced concrete retaining wall specialist Poundfield Products has extended its range with the introduction of Alfastop security fencing.

Alfastop, with its plant in Ipswich, has designed concrete bases into which can be located a choice of either wooden posts and boarding or metal mesh fencing, all at heights from 1200 to 2400 mm.

Both offer solutions for the temporary or permanent requirements.

Each base unit incorporates forklift tine slots to make transportation and placement an easy task using a suitable forklift and the bases can be reconfigured at any time or moved to a new site.

Although designed for construction site protection, Alfastops can also be used for many other applications including crowd and traffic control, security walling and perimeter delineation with the added ability to display company branding.

This new precast product from Poundfield is available in standard or XL versions with the former being 300 mm high x 5020 mm long and 400 mm wide and the latter 600 mm high x 3690 mm long and 600 mm wide with weights of 1.07 tonne and 1.86 tonne respectively.
